We stayed in this property for 2 nights and we loved our choice.

The location was really noisy.

The staff were incredible and welcoming.

My bed was very hard, unfortunately.

The hotel was in a central setting in el Poblado.

I had a very nice experience here, everything was perfect, the location was best possible short walk to the center of nightlife, restaurants and bars. They provided variety of amazing choices for breakfast that was included.

Attentive and knowledgeable staff who were always there to help. The rooms were elegant and fashionable with an air conditioning, a personal safe and an electronic key card. The bed was comfortable, exceptional service.

Pleasant personnel was with the manager. The room was fabulous, with the mountain view.

Clean hotel with prime location in Medellin not far from bars and restaurants, El Poblado and good restaurants and a great coffee shop across the street. The breakfast was included. Climate control, a safe box and a writing table in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. We where offered an excellant service here.

The location was perfect, the public spaces were fairly clean and the staff was fabulously friendly. The room they gave us was unique and reasonably large with wonderful pillows and super comfortable bed with wonderful pillows, as example. The cafe had lots of great meals for breakfast.

The room was soundproof, the bed was extremely comfy. The staff was outstanding and everything was amazing. We ate at a good restaurant with delicious food.

Contemporary, fairly clean hotel, every detail here was nice. A double room was with climate control, a safe and a writing table.

Unbeatable location; hearty breakfast and good bed. Double room was double superior and generally clean. Fast check-in. The hotel was ideally situated. As picky eaters we appreciated to be close to plenty of restaurants, went to Carmen couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

Rooms and staff were cool and I especially enjoyed that the place was fairly clean. Lovely interior, average restaurant...

The room was faultless and overall absolutely beautiful place to stay. The bed was so so comfy and it was great having climate control, flat-screen TV and a work desk. Impeccable service, although a few employees were noisy. Liked our stay, had relaxing 5 days overall.

The setting was pretty bad.

We appreciated it, especially its rooms and staff. A lot of supplies in the room: free Wi-Fi, climate control and terrace. The beach was fantastic.

ideal location & nicely decorated rooms. for guest safety rooms include smoke detectors. all the staff were supportive, assisted with booking. friendly reception. what is more that free wifi was provided in public areas.

It was a relaxing hotel with great internet. Free breakfast, BRILLIANT service.

Truly wonderful location, well decorated room, funny staff, I loved it. The service was outstanding, just like I expected. Stores and boutiques were right next door. Furthermore, the area was fairly good.
